Using the Website

This website is owned and operated by Dyson Vacuum Spares, 88 Rymond Road, Birmingham, B34 6BS, UK. Purchases from this website are purchases from us. By using this website and ordering goods from it, you agree to these terms and conditions (the"Conditions") and you accept that the Conditions and your use of the website shall be governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Nothing in these Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Please keep your account and password details safe and do not disclose them to anyone else. Please ensure that any information you provide to us is accurate and current. Remember to check the Conditions when you use the website as we may change the Conditions from time and time and you will be subject to the Conditions in force at the time that you use the website. We may change the prices and availability of goods without notice to ensure they are as up to date as possible. We try to make sure all the information on the website is accurate, but if we have made a mistake and you spot it, please let us know. Please regularly update your computer’s virus protection software as we can't guarantee that the website will be free from viruses. We may suspend or terminate access to the website without notice. Dyson Vacuum Spares reserves the right to end promotions before the advertised closing date.

Even though we try to accept all orders, sometimes this might not be possible. If your order is declined or cancelled by us after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card. Payment for the goods which you order must be made by one of the following credit or debit cards: PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express or JCB. We won't dispatch your order until we receive full cleared payment. Please note that although we display additional currencies on our website, we only accept card payments in GBP.

We accept orders from and dispatch goods to addresses worldwide. Delivery dates of the goods are intended to be an estimate only. We will aim to deliver the goods next working day of the acceptance of your order, subject to availability of stock. If you order more than one product, your order may be dispatched separately. The goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery. However, ownership of the goods will only pass to you on delivery provided we have received full payment. Please note due to size restrictions we are unable to deliver vacuum cleaners to BFPO addresses. If any item is priced wrongly by mistake, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided we notify you before we despatch the item to you. If that happens, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price.


  1. All item's sold brand new carry a 12 month's warranty apart from filter's, belt's and cleaning product's.

    We are more than happy to accept returns within a 14 day period for refund purpose's but we cannot accept return's on filter's, belt's and cleaning product's (BUT PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE A 20% ADMINISTRATION CHARGE WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR INITIAL PAYMENT AND OUR INITIAL SHIPPING COST). All Brand new items that are sold should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. Please return goods back to us at your cost, for a refund. All serial numbers of every product are noted before shipping out.

    If (brand new only) items are faulty they must be returned to us within the 12 months of sale and we will get our technical department to test the item. If faulty a replacement will be issued and if it is not faulty and you have returned item to us as faulty, PLEASE NOTE we will minus the original postage cost it cost us to send out to you and minus a 20% Administration charge from the refund!! PLEASE NOTE: If the item has been ordered by you by mistake or the item you ordered from us doe's not fit your machine as you ordered the wrong part, we will minus our original postage cost and a 20% administration charge when the item is returned to us so please make sure you order the correct part for your machine. Refunds will only be issued unless the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice and a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned. The refund will be by the same method used as the payment. If you paid by card please allow 2-3 working days for the refund to show on your statement. All used item's carry a 14 day gaurantee.   2. You must return the goods with the original packaging to us at your expense within 14 days of your notice of cancellation, ensuring that you obtain proof of posting for your own records. Note that if you fail to package the goods adequately to avoid damage in transit or fail to take reasonable care of the goods we might not be able to accept the return.


Dyson Vacuum Spares guarantees all parts (apart from filter's, belt's and cleaning product's) against defective workmanship or materials for a period of 12 month's from date of supplying invoice. They must be fitted by a competent person. All item's that are faulty after 14 days of purchase must be sent back to us at the buyer's cost. Please make sure they are sent to us via tracked methods so they are covered under insurance.


We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your order. Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us not complying with these Conditions is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods you purchased and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us not complying with these Conditions. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.

We will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind (including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or goodwill) howsoever arising in connection with your use of the website and any goods purchased.


The trade marks and logos displayed on this site belong to us. You are not authorised to use any trade mark or logo displayed on this site without our written permission. Assume that everything that you read on this website is protected by copyright unless otherwise stated.
